I have seen it far too often: skilled professionals are sidelined because they lack the "right" formal qualifications, while highly educated newcomers make demonstrably poor decisions due to a lack of practical understanding. Senior management is satisfied — the paperwork is in order, the diplomas are framed — and the discussion seems closed.

We overestimate words. It's a persistent illusion that communication happens through sentences, arguments, and vocabulary. In truth, most communication is nonverbal — born in glances, gestures, and the quiet choreography of bodies. Before someone speaks, their posture has already spoken.

Mistakes are risky; not knowing something is weakness; showing doubt is rarely strategic. And so, a subtle form of paralysis emerges: no one truly moves, yet everyone pretends to.
